Exhibitors

Exhibitors information:

  • Building of the exhibition stands must take place on Monday 17/10 between 14:00 and 19:00. A forklift and driver will be made available to you to help you download. Taking down will take place on Thursday 18 October between 16:00 and 19:00. Download here the access plan for delivery.

  • Exhibitors who wish to store their empty boxes for the duration of the conference can order an ‘SEV - Stockage emballages vides’ service pack (with a limit of 3 m3 per exhibitor) at a cost of €50 ht per day (i.e. €150 ht for the entire event). Also attached is a list of prices for parking.

  • Each exhibition stand will be provided empty with 1 electric point of 1.5kW to share with the neighbouring stand and one table with 4 chairs (dimension of the table: 70cmW x 120cmL x 74cmH). If you wish to order furniture or other material, please see ‘Guide de l’exposant’. The deadline for ordering this is Monday 26 September.

  • Please also provide plans of your stand before this date so that we can validate its feasibility.

  • If you wish to send your material prior to the conference and for delivery of brochures for those of you who have paid to include your brochures in our delegates pack, please organise your deliveries for October 12th between 8: 00 and 12: 00 and 14: 00 and 17: 00. Please use these labels. The parcels and pallets will be delivered to the exhibition hall (Forum 1 and 2) on October 17th at 7: 00.

  • Each stand is allowed 2 exhibitors’ passes, that will enable you to access the exhibition hall and lunches and coffee breaks (that will take place in the same place). Please provide us as quickly as possible with the names of those 2 people for the exhibitors badges (the badges are nominatives so If you are alternating personnel on the stand please give us the names of all those that will be present and the dates at which they will be present). Some of you have already done so, thank you.

  • If you wish to also attend the conference or the gala dinner that will take place on Thursday evening or the technical tours that will take place on Friday, please register for the conference on the website on page www.floodrisk2016.net/registration/registration/.
